Carlos, the owner of the business, is professional, friendly and his pricing is fair. He did a pre-walk through with us to go over the scope of the project which was helpful so both of us would were in agreement on exactly what work the project entailed (We had all first floor ceilings torn down and replaced with new sheetrock, crown moulding installed, and new paint throughout the first floor and stairwell to the second floor.) All his crews showed up on time and worked diligently. He also did a great job of protecting the floors, existing appliances, large furniture, and counters. After completion of the job Carlos again did a walk through with us to identify any punch list items. After the final punch list items were identified his crew came and corrected all items that we had identified. I would definitely hire him again.
