Yes. We work with a team of interior designers, architects and engineers.

We give you the option of purchasing your own selection of tiles, vanity, fixtures and hardware. We can also provide a variety of options to choose from depending on your budget.

Whether you need permits for a bathroom remodel depends on the scope of work and local regulations. No Permit Needed for cosmetic updates like painting, replacing fixtures, or swapping out a vanity. Permit Required for major changes such as: Moving or adding plumbing/electrical. Changing the bathroom layout. Structural modifications (e.g., removing walls). Installing a new shower or tub that alters plumbing. We handle the permitting process for our clients to ensure compliance with local building codes. During your consultation, we’ll determine what’s needed for your specific project.

At BECHER, we recommend materials that balance durability, style, and ease of maintenance for your bathroom remodel. Yes, you can change the layout of your bathroom, but the feasibility depends on factors such as plumbing, electrical, and structural elements. What’s Possible? ✔ Rearranging Fixtures – Moving sinks, toilets, or tubs is possible but may require rerouting plumbing. ✔ Expanding the Bathroom – If space allows, we can remove or move walls to enlarge your bathroom. ✔ Converting a Tub to a Walk-in Shower – A popular option that improves accessibility and modernizes the space. ✔ Adding Storage – Custom vanities, recessed shelving, or built-in cabinets can enhance functionality. Considerations Before Changing the Layout 🔹 Plumbing & Drainage – Moving fixtures far from existing plumbing lines increases costs. 🔹 Electrical & Ventilation – Relocating outlets, lights, and ventilation fans may require additional rewiring. 🔹 Structural Constraints – Load-bearing walls may limit layout changes or require reinforcement. 🔹 Permit Requirements – Major modifications may require permits, which we handle for you. We’ll assess your space and guide you through the best layout options for your needs and budget.
