We hired him to finish our basement (350 sq ft, framing, insulation, 12 recessed lights, closet with double doors, trim, paint, and flooring) and the experience was exceptional from day one. Every single person who came through our home, whether it was for ethernet, drywall, or flooring, was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in what they were doing.
Carlos went above and beyond in ways we didn't expect. He proposed a new ductwork arrangement that made the finished room look significantly better. He replaced the hinges on a door that wasn't even part of the project, just because it would make things right.
